What makes a song beautiful
is not always the quality of the voice,
but the distance it had to travel.

Jackie Evancho

how I imagine the Angels sing,
take a listen on YouTube.

"The Prayer"
as sung by Jackie Evancho

start of lyrics -->I pray you'll be our eyes
And watch us where we go
And help us to be wise
In times when we don't know

Let this be our prayer
As we go our way
Lead us to a place
Guide us with your grace
To a place where we'll be safe

I pray we'll find your light
And hold it in our hearts
When stars go out each night
Let this be our prayer
When shadows fill our day
Lead us to a place
Guide us with your grace
Give us faith so we'll be safe.

We ask that life be kind
And watch us from above
We hope each soul will find
Another soul to love

Let this be our prayer
Just like every child
Needs to find a place,
Guide us with your grace
Give us faith so we'll be safe end of lyrics -->

Of all the Christian movies I have seen in my life
this one tops the list.

"Joshua"
(2002)
director - Jon Purdy

"Machine Gun Preacher"
(2011)

Gerard Butler stars in this true-life story of Sam Childers, a drug dealer who turns his life around to become a spiritual warrior. His mission? Rescuing child soldiers in the Sudan from lives ruined by their forced participation in bloody conflict.

5 stars in my opinion

Not a movie I would want young children to see, but one that every adult should.

For the Brainiacs:

How far down the rabbit hole do you want to go?

To delve deeper into the Adventures of God's world, a study in Quantum Physics should be intriguing.

The film "What the Bleep Do we know?" (2004) (Marlee Matlin)

would be a good place to start.

Yes, it is controversial to some.

 "God of Wonders" (2008)

Directed by Jim Tetlow

www.TheSecret.tv

See the movie, read the book, listen to the CD

Just don't miss this one.

The sequel to "The Tribulation" is "The Judgment" both are very good movies that address the hard questions with easy answers.

"Islam: What the West Needs to Know"  directed by Bryan Daly and Gregory Davis (2006)  Its dull, boring, dry, REAL, and Scary.  The line is being drawn in the sand for the next World War of major consequence.  You have now been warned.  Another Netflix Instant Watch Documentary.

Do you enjoy surrealistic Christian movies? I do.  This movie directed by Greg Robbins and starring Christina De Marco is one of those movies the whole family will enjoy watching together.  The title of the movie is "C Me Dance" (2008) and available on Netflix instant watch.  If you have time for a double feature maybe you would enjoy watching "Oh God" again (1977, George Burns & John Denver) also on Netflix I.W.

WARNING:  Implementing the knowledge revealed in the following film may prolong your life, thereby preventing your early transition from life on earth, to life in heaven.

The Beautiful Truth  (2008)

a  documentary film directed by Steve Kroschel

about Max Gerson Therapy

Christiano Brothers movies may be a bit old but they are still good, and the message is timeless.  Check out the series at www.christianfilms.com  or do a google search.  They also have a TV series "7th Street Theater"

The small church in Albany Georgia that shook the film industry has several great movies to watch.  Sherwood Baptist Church will not soon be forgotten for the quality films they have produced.

Facing the Giants,  Fireproof,  and Flywheel  all are great movies for the family.  I'm looking forward to their next release.

I just watched a movie that you probably don't want to see, but should.  Perhaps you can relate or at least be informed of how off center, and out of control, life can get on the streets.  If this organization ever gets off the ground this is the area of American and Worldwide life we want to help.  One of the take-home statements of the movie was about how the challenges of everyday life, and the uncertainty of the future for some people causes such great stress and fear, they use unconventional means such as drugs, sex, and a whole assortment of perversions to escape reality.  The moments peace they want, and get, often becomes the core of their downfall.  Most of these types of escapes can be diverted if the right alternative is offered.

If you are one of those people or know one of those people please send me an email.  Let's talk.  I don't have any resources to offer other than my time as a unbiased, confidential, listener.

Oh yeah, the name of the movie is "Acts of Worship",  (2001) Staring Ann Reeder and directed by Rosemary Rodriguez.  The title is somewhat misleading.  This is a rough movie and not suggested for children.  I hope you hate it as much as I did.  If yes, perhaps together we can affect some change somewhere.  (I watched it on "Netflix")

Have you seen "The Case for Faith" by Lee Strobel on Netflix?
